CAUPAMAT, subsidiary of GROUPE LT, is recruiting a design draughtsman F/M.
You will be responsible to the operational manager and your main jobs will be:
- Collecting our customers’ site plans from the technical department for analysis.
- Diagnosing, proposing and validating modifications of customers’ drawings
- Using a professional software application, breaking down customers’ drawings and making layout drawings for our products (producing drawn, pre-measurement documents)
- Determining optimum technical solutions according to the customer’s requirements, our material and technical capacities and production costs.
- Establishing quotes and submitting them to the sales department.
- Drawing up production files and managing documents
- Establishing production planning, monitoring its application and alerting in the event of deviations.
- Taking part in internal design department think tanks to improve the working methods and tools used.
- You are qualified to Bac + 2 or Bac + 3 in Civil Engineering/Public Works or equivalent A-levels
- Ideally you should be familiar with and worked at least once with CAD/CADD software of the AutoCAD type.
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position either in a Civil Engineering design department or on a buildings and public works site.
- Your skills enable you to optimise production and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Your best points to succeed in this position are that you are autonomous, pragmatic, organised, responsive and a good listener
