CAUPAMAT, a subsidiary of GROUPE LT, is recruiting a F / M branch manager.

You will report to the operational manager and your main jobs will be:

• You develop customers through field prospecting (environmental study, site visits, sites, etc.) and retain existing customers;
• You act as the interface with customers, you offer them solutions adapted to their needs according to the know-how and the services of the company;
• You handle logistics, equipment maintenance and sales administration;
• You fully follow the branch projects from specifications to completion of the sites;
• You manage a profit centre: budgets, investments, purchases, etc.;
• You define the technical, commercial and organisational adaptations necessary for changes in the market and in your scope;
• You apply the policies within your responsibility defined by the Group and guarantee the correct application of laws, regulations and internal procedures;
• You hold a Bac +5 in the Commercial / Sales administration / Technical field or equivalent A-levels.
• You are a person of character, possessing excellent business acumen, negotiation skills and endowed with important interpersonal skills.
• You have solid managerial skills and are able to unite a team.
• You can show the strength of conviction, rigour, organisation and adaptability in the face of the unforeseen and customer satisfaction is your priority.
• You are endowed with analytical skills, openness, a creative and positive spirit and are a force of proposal for the company.
• You have strong autonomy in the management within your field of responsibility and demonstrate recognized leadership.
